I love being a Hunter Valley wedding photographer as I get to photograph in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. Gail and Travis loved the idea of a Hunter Valley wedding celebration in a relaxed area surrounded by the beautiful landscape. They decided to have their day on a family members property. There had been some major heat waves coming through days before their big day. It was starting to look like we were in for a hot day. Once the ceremony was about to start a cool front came through. Some clouds passed over which ended up making the day that much better.
The Wedding Designer had created an amazing set up on the private property in Broke. The marquee, the florals, the bar, table decorations and almost every detail was carefully planned by Gail and the team.
Gail & Travis were so warm and inviting. I met with them in Newcastle the year before. They had told me their plans and I was so excited to capture the day for them both. Gails dress was so different and elegant. I have always been a sucker for simplicity.
